• The renovation of over 300 kitchens and bathrooms carried out in four contracts during the winter shutdowns over four years
• The replacement of the worktops, hobs, ovens, splashbacks and doors to kitchens.
• New sockets and switches within the kitchens.
• New consumer units, bathroom fans, lights and towel rails.
• Replacement of baths with showers complete with new shower enclosures, plumbing, sanitary ware and service ducting.
• Cladding to bathroom walls with Foamex boarding and replacement of vinyl flooring with ceramic tiles.
