• Contract: J.C.T Intermediate Form.
• Works were carried out in three phases to enable the home to stay open throughout the contract.
• Extensive internal alterations to remodel existing bedrooms and provide en-suite facilities.
• Extension to form and enlarged lounge and dining area and a new kitchen.
• Demolition of the existing kitchen and the construction of an eight bedroom two storey extension complete with a lift.
• An extension to form a single storey staff room.
• Installation of new boiler/plant room and alterations to the existing heating and hot water system.
• Installation of a new pumped drainage system.
• Alterations to upgrade the existing laundry.
• Structural alterations to form an assisted bathroom.
