• The complete internal and external renovation of two blocks at Haygrove School.
• Internal alterations to the layout with new partitions & the demolition of the existing.
• New doors and windows
• Installation of insulation to walls & roof.
• Spray applied paint to external cladding.
• New flat roof.
• Manufacture fitting of bespoke furniture.
• The site is in the middle of the school with access requiring careful management across a busy school yard.
• Throughout the project we worked closely with the school to advise on budget & value engineering.
