• Contract: JCT 2011 Standard Building Contract with Quantities
• Construction of a steel framed school extension with offices & toilets.
• Under floor heating & high levels of insulation.
• Aluminium doors and windows
• Access was through the main gate to the school and deliveries were managed to avoid interference with the school time table.
